Project Scope: Retail PMS undertook the project management for Trenery. The existing store needed to be reduced by a third. Retail PMS managed the trades to undertake all works out of hours to eliminate disruption to trade. The project involved management of new fixture orders, alterations to the ceiling, floors, shopfront, fixture locations and women's fitting rooms, reduction in size of stock room and relocation of counter. Retail PMS also undertook quantity surveying services to meet the project budget.
