Project Scope:
Retail PMS undertook the project management on behalf of Trenery. Trenery were required to relocate their existing 350sqm store into a new location in the Canberra Centre. Defit of the existing store, set up of a temporary tenancy, fitout of the new tenancy and defit of the temporary tenancy were all managed by Retail PMS with only 4 days loss of trade. Retail PMS were involved in the layout and shopfront design process of both the temporary store and the new store.
Management of trades, centre communications, ordering materials and furniture, logistics and quantity surveying service to meet project budget were all undertaken by Retail PMS.
