Retail PMS has an ongoing project management relationship with NCI Projects Pty Ltd, a Victorian based shopfitting business. NCI Projects Pty Ltd is owned by Joseph Xerri and Robert Gillard, their partnership has been over the last 10 years, their combined industry experience spans over 50 years. We have assisted them in over 100 projects nationally.
Services we provide to NCI Projects Pty Ltd include:
Project scheduling inclusive of trades, reviewing client plans, sending client plans to subcontractor for tendering, issuing orders to appoint qualified/registered trade contractors, obtaining town planning & building permits, client & centre liaising, OH&S paperwork.
